So, today what we are going to be talking about is back pain. But, am I going to put a different spin on that. Everybody has thoughts about back pain. I am going to put a nice spin on it, in the context of the emotional and the mental side of back pain. What I have been talking about is the after effects. “I hurt my back, and this is what happened to me mentally and emotionally.” I am going to talk about the precursor, one of the many different things that can reside in your back. So, we are going to break it down for you.
Back pain in itself, pain in itself is a symptom of something else going on in the body. This is the way that the body talks. Think about your body as a six month old baby. What it is going to is just cry, whether it’s happy, wants your attention, its hungry. All different things can be happening but the way that it speaks, its language, is through pain. What I want to get you all to do, is start listening to your body well before it starts to scream at you. So it doesn’t have to give you a big scream or big cry to get your attention. It actually gives you a lower symptom and you catch onto it. So, what I want start getting you to do is recognizing that back pain, symptom or something different. This is where it spins. Where it spins is, you have recognize what is going on in your body. Back pain, is a manifestation of many different things. One of the many different things is a financial draw or financial issue within yourself. There are many different realms that I can go into or many different concepts of why that spin is in there; Eastern Philosophy, Western Philosophy, all these different things. But, when it comes down to it, financial issues reside in the back. Period, let’s just keep it at that. Now I want to give you three tips:
- Recognize back pain is just a symptom
- Figure out what is going on financially
- Cut the qualms and just accept where you are financially. Make a plan to get out.
If you start recognizing that you are hurt financially and you want to get out of it and you make a plan to get out of it. That is when your back pain will start to subside. But if you just make a plan and you never take the steps to do it, your body knows better. It will just continue to do that. Just to give you an example, two actually. It is Christmas season, were spending a lot of money. We are going through and we are unconsciously recognizing that we are dwindling our bank accounts. So what our body does is give off a warning sign. And while we are shopping in the mall, our back starts to hurt. Everyone will say, “I didn’t have the right shoes on,” or this or that. But it is also another sign, you are spending more money than you are comfortable with. Recognize that. On the opposite side of the spectrum you might not be the person who is always strapped for cash, but you are having back pain. You might be wealthy, are financially free, what happens if you are fearful of losing all that money. Same concept. You can be very rich, but always worrying about your money. Worrying, who is going to take advantage of me, or who will always be asking me, because I have money. This is financial worrying, which means, back pain. Now an even better example, think about this. If you are a very empathic person, and you are a financial advisor for instance, every time you talk to somebody, your body embraces that person. You feel that person’s pain. And if you are a financial person, dealing with someone else having financial issues, you can easily pick up that person’s worries. You want to be careful with that. Anyone that is empathic, anyone that can talk to somebody and cry with them very easily can do that. So you want to be careful of who you speak with. Because, they can be giving you things that you are not even aware of. Your body can just pick it up, that’s how great the body is. You have to understand what your body is capable of doing. That’s the knowledge I want to give you. Everybody knows that there are different ways to take care of back pain, but they don’t know what causes it. That’s what I want to give to you guys. So, those are my three tips. Figure out where you are. Your back pain is just a symptom. So, figure out where you are and make a plan and do it. Three steps!
