Your biggest challenge is an addiction.
You are secretly addicted to putting out fires.🔥
Constantly in a cycle of REACTION!
That’s how I used to spend my days…
I would get super excited about a project that would create massive change for someone’s life, making it effortless to get what they want.
I would be super-efficient killing it, until a fire would need my attention in that moment.🐱🏍🤷♂️
Then I would struggle to get my flow and concentration back 🤦♂️
Or another fire or distraction would pop-up.
And I would stay in this cycle all day and never finish my project that got me excited to start with.
The fact is this cycle is frustrating and counterproductive as fuck.
There are many deep reasons why this happens-from boundaries to time management.
But those are signs of deeper issues.
Constantly being in a REACTIVE STATE leads to overwhelm and sacrificing something else.
You’re working on the business, then you get body pain.
Working too many hours and not enough time for yourself.
Begin taking good steps to eat the way you like, then get too busy and start getting take out.
You break from the protocol for many reasons, like:
Families life keeps weighing on you.
Business workload starts to stack.
You have a habit of pacifying it with superficial ideas and action.
This will keep happening.
You must begin to shift the internal struggle of:
Needing everything to be perfect
And
Fix it immediately
You are a leader. Leaders prepare and see forward progress and issues.
PROACTIVE instead of REACTIVE.
Create and build a foundation that does not have those in it.
You don’t have to live like that.
It’s draining, don’t you think?
A leader keeps moving forward into the darkness without knowing what is going to happen.
Switching that cycle will give you so much more freedom.
It does wonders for your relationships, client retention, and the stress your body is under.
Let’s begin to work towards this type of freedom together!
