Most people think healing is about doing something. Another trick. Another tactic. Another 3-step hack to fix what you “should” be over by now.

But healing? Real healing?

That’s an allowance game. And most people are too clenched up, too wired, or too dissociated to even know what their nervous system needs to release.

That’s where this process comes in.

In this training, I walk you through a simple, powerful way to prepare your body—and your mind—to let go. You don’t need to force it. You don’t need to fake it. You just need to feel when your body says:
“I'm ready.”

We do this in two phases:

1. Physical Prep: Shake and Shift

We start by getting your body moving—gently loosening the tight fascia, stuck trauma, and frozen tension your mind doesn’t even notice anymore. You’ll feel lighter, slower, more tuned in.

2. EFT Tapping: I'm Ready to Let Go

Then we guide you through a round of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) tapping, where you’ll gently stimulate specific acupressure points while repeating key phrases out loud:

  • “I’m ready to let go.”

  • “I’m ready to relax.”

  • “I’m ready to feel safe.”

Your only job is to notice what happens.

Do you yawn?
Cry?
Drop your shoulders?
Feel your belly soften?

Those are your nervous system’s way of telling you , it’s time. You’ve reached that beautiful threshold between conscious tension and subconscious release.

And when you feel that shift? You move into EMDR with Dottie, our next step in the Freedom Mastery release process. But until then...

You keep repeating, out loud, until your system starts to let go of what it's held onto for too long.
