Today is a gross subject, and that topic is, poop: so, the concept of “doo-doo” – the number of times I say that today will be a lot! Doo-doo is important for you to get out. There are general rules and processes around it and I am going to simplify that. Number one, everything that goes in, needs to come out. So, we eat two to three times a day. So, guess how many times you have to poop? Two to three times. Whatever comes in, comes out. So that’s tip number one, you have to poop two to three times a day, at least. That is the amount of times that you put something in your mouth. That’s what I want you guys to strive for.
Now, the reasons that you don’t go two to three times a day are the next two tips. Number two: we are not eating enough fiber. So we start thinking more fruits and veggies and supplements that have fiber. Who cares what type of fiber, I’m not a nutritionist. I’m just saying bump that up in any way shape or form. The more natural way you can get it, the better. Number two, fiber!
This is the big one, Number Three: We are consistently dehydrated. So this is where it really gets gross. The way that the body works is that if you are dehydrated, you will get your hydration from somewhere else. Where it is going to get its hydration from, is your bowels. So your body will be stripping all of the water and the nasty gross sludge from your bowels. Then it will reprocess it so that you can get hydration. Your body will be living off of this water if you are dehydrated. This is why so many people are constipated. You are constantly sucking all of that hydration from your gut and bringing it back into your body so it can perform. How well do you think your body can perform if it’s working off of dirty water? This is also why you are so constipated and cannot poop two or three times a day. It becomes so hard to get out.
If your gut is messed up, many things are going to go awry. If you watch any drug commercial or anything that passes through your body, they will warn that you may become constipated. What it will do is bring up your temperature because your body has to start working harder and you aren’t going to drink any more water, so your hydration level goes down. Then your gut will have to start taking out its hydration to get your body to start functioning and keep up that highly working system.
The way I want you to combat that is again by veggies. But I want you to do more juicy vegetables like cucumbers. Things like that will really rehydrate your system and keep you going. Like I’ve mentioned before: hydration is not only about H2O. Yes, H2O is a humongous part but you can add that other hydration or body weight ounces through vegetables.
If you do all three of these things, I guarantee that you will be pooping two to three times a day. That is a whole lot of doo-doo! Hopefully this can help you in the long run. Keep on trying. It’s not going to happen in a day, in a week and it might not even happen in a month. Just keep chipping away at this. The more time that you do (doo-doo), the better your body will feel and the more weight you will be able to lose. You well feel more alive and more energetic because you won’t be harboring so much in your gut.
