Today is all about energy points. I am going to show you two energy points that will drive energy down and out of your body. We already know a few, but I want to go into more detail. We all know about the one in the hand.
Let’s say you have a headache. You can touch a point on your head to drive the energy down from your head, into your hand, and out of your hand. This is how the headache will calm down energetically. I am going to show you how to get to that point.
If you close your hand there will be a mound of flesh that pops up. If you push right into that mound of flesh and angle it slightly in towards the inside of your hand, once you open up you will fall into a little cavern. When you do so, it will be really sore and tender. You should start to massage it ever so lightly because it will be sore depending on how much energy you have in your head. I want you to push in and down and then swirl ever so slightly. You should take your breath in and out; it should be in unison.
If one thing is being pulled down without the next, it won’t work. So that’s the first one. The one in your hand, it helps with headaches.
If you have other things you will use your shin. The inside of your shin has a number of points. If you go two fingers up from your ankle bone, on the inside, you will fall into another cavern very similar to your hand. It is the same concept. Breathe, and it will start to drive energy down your body.
If you have back pains and things like that you want to start energetically using these areas. They work very well if you understand how to feel energy. So you have to learn how to feel that.
Those are the two steps I want you to use for energy balance.
