12 days ago I started a diet. This is not a weight loss thing for me. I am all about the efficiency of my mind and body. The goal was to reset my hormones.
Yesterday I had another detox…fuck…I had SO many in these last 12 days. It makes me think all the other detoxes and hacks I did in the past were not systemized enough to make a real effect or difference.
The body has too many defenses it compensates too well.
If you do not keep the brain staying safe and calm anything you try will not work. The brain will not let go of the toxins within the fat.
Toxins are everywhere and we are so used to them now that we don’t even notice them. It’s considered normal and that does not help.
I am starting to get used to drinking an average of 90 ounces of water without any other acidic thing going in.
Today I hit my floor on a few of my stats I have been wrestling with for the past year.
Muscle levels are at the highest I have been. I have used so many other things; diets, fad ideas, detoxes, and hacks. You name it and I have enhanced it.
I always wanted to be at 15% body fat, but I’ve never gotten under 17%-maybe in my late 20s or early 30s.
Now I am in my 40s and I am about to check off another new goal. A goal I did not know I wanted. I now want to get under 190 pounds.
This is an impressive thought.
I was happy with what my body was doing before.
It is true we don’t know what we don’t know. We don’t know what good feels like so we don’t chase it.
I am glad chasing down becoming efficient. It is my curse in life. To consistently chase more efficiency out of my mind and body has been a journey I now have fallen in love with.
Now I know how good I can feel. Feeling this good is what others need to know.
I am now considering building these huge results into my program in addition to The Belief Breakthrough Sessions that make massive changes in my clients life.
This will enhance so many functions within you. How you operate will be outrageous! The awesome part is it’s a 3-month process and I got these results in 12 days.
Okay, so what we are doing here today is getting you to do a little bit more when you already have so much to do.
So, what do you normally do when you have a lot of things to do? You start to multitask! Even though you know that multitasking does not work….we try to do it anyway.
WHY?
Because we want to get as much done as possible in the least amount of time, that’s why!
So this is what I want you to do. I want you to understand that you are going to try to multitask and you’re going to try to make it work. And it’s going to work to the best of your ability in your own thoughts, but we know it doesn’t, right?
I want you to think about the concept of multitasking. Your brain can’t split apart multiple things, but what it can do is focus on one thing very well. So the way I go about this is, I have 15-20 tabs open on my computer screen of all the tasks I need to get done. As I have my task open, I set a timer for a half-hour. This is kind of a twist on time blocking-I do half-hour blocks on each task. When I’m done with the task, I close the box. That’s how I get done with multitasking. This helps me to focus on one thing.

That’s how simple this is. We have to get you moving forward to what you want.

If you did not know the major issue is how long you stay in the current learning curve.
It takes time to master anything. Time to understand what you are doing. Time to feel comfortable doing it.
Is time needed is the time we all have to speed up in order to make the money we deserve.
In these uncertain times, you have to be certain you know what you are doing. Not talking about business today.
Actually, it’s your ability to put your health first.
What I have noticed all business owners do at some point when they get busy.
Is skip the self-care.
You do this because you have not learned these 3 hacks. It cuts the learning curve and gets you results so much faster

Mental clarity

Conditioning my core for the later years is the focus we need to be having, like saving for retirement. If you have not started you need to start asap.
A message to becoming your most productive self and get more things done.
The concept that I want you to wrap your head around in this two minutes is your thoughts are your thoughts.
You have to learn how to separate from your thoughts, to get yourself to become more action-driven. The more action you take, the more things you will do.
we get bogged down by all the things that we should do, Right or Wrong, good or bad, et cetera.
The thought that I want you to understand is, a thought is a thought not who you are. Separating yourself from that gives you the ability to say, I want to take action or I don’t.
For instance, we all have that time where we get the positive reinforcement that we’re doing. we’ll go with it feeling good with no second-guessing.
But then the majority of our thoughts are negative. Not helpful, but our brain is hard-wired to do this to keep us safe. So you become a person that doesn’t want to take action. A person that second guesses.
You need to be able to say thank you to the positive as well as no thank you to the negative. The only way we do that is by separating them from who you are.
The easy thought would be, except the positive, tone out the negative.
I want you to put them both in the same box and put them beside you.
Watch as you become an action train. Doing actions that would like your time in deliberations inside your head.
Then, when a thought comes in, you have the ability then to say,
I love that. Thank you.
Or
That is not good. I do not want it. I don’t accept it.
So saying no thank you.
Once you’re able to do that, you’ll become more and more or an action-driven boss.
Less and less, bogged down by your thoughts. because now there’s someone something separate, just put them in a separate box.
I get it your thoughts are still you, but it’s separate.
